  233. The installation procedure for "Multimedia Greeting Card Maker" is quite
  234. simple. The package include a SETUP.EXE program to be run from Windows.

  236. The exact steps you need to take will depend on how you received MGCM.

  239. INSTALLING FROM DISKETTES
  240.  
  241. To install from diskette(s), you need to perform the following steps.
  242.  
  243.    o  Place MGCM distribution diskette in the appropriate diskette drive.
  244.  
  245.    o  Make sure the drive where your diskette is located is the active
  246.       drive. If your disk is in drive A: then select A:. Then double
  247.       click the setup.exe file and follow prompts.

  249.    o  To run the program select the Make Multimedia Card icon from the
  250.       new MN Card Maker program group.

  253. INSTALLING FROM A HARD DRIVE

  255. If you downloaded "Multimedia Greeting Card Maker" from a BBS or
  256. received it in the form of archive files from some other source, you
  257. will need to perform the following steps.

  259.    o  Extract the contents of the archive file(s) in a temporary
  260.       directory on your hard drive. The procedure for doing this
  261.       varies, depending on the form in which you received the package.
  262.       In all likelihood, the fact that you are reading this text means
  263.       that you already have the necessary tools and knowledge to
  264.       perform this step. If not, you should be able to obtain
  265.       directions for this from the same source from which you received
  266.       the package.
